Jerry Harrison was the keyboard and guitar player in Talking Heads and before that he was in The Modern Lovers. This is his second solo record from 1988. It has one great song “Rev It Up” the first song on the album. This features a guitar solo by Chris Spedding. Also on side one is “Man With A Gun” another song I liked. The rest of the album is just OK sounding, very 80’s. The cover is interesting as it is a photo of a gold mine in Brazil with men used like pack animals to bring dirt out of the hole. There are close-ups on the record sleeve.
