This band was part of the Madchester scene of the late 80’s that played indie music mixed with dance music and psychedelic music. Formed by brothers Shaun and Paul Ryder this was their third album. I had their live album on cassette and three of the songs from this record were on that. This is a re-issue of the 1990 release on yellow vinyl that came out in 2019. Produced by DJ Paul Oakenfold the record has a funky House music sound. All songs are pretty good, I really liked “Dennis and Lois” from the live record and also “Kinky Afro” that borrows a line from “Lady Marmalade”. My favorite is “Loose Fit”. They broke up in 1993 but reformed three times since then .
