Rory Gallagher is a great Irish guitar player. In the late sixties he was in a band called Taste. They broke up in 1970 and he went solo. He put out two great albums in 1971,this live album came out in 1972. Of the seven songs only two are from his first two records the others being Blues standards. Songs like “Messin’ With The Kid” and “Bullfrog Blues” show off his prowess with the blues guitar while on “Going To My Hometown” he plays the mandolin with equal skill. This is a used record I bought a few years ago for $4. The cover is in fair shape the record sounds good. No skips.
