The first release from this Punk/Hardcore band is a seven song EP from 1988.Ian McKaye chose the name,a Vietnam acronym for Fucked Up,Got Ambushed,Zipped In(a body bag). Side one is really great starting off with “Waiting Room”,one of their best known songs, followed by “Bulldog Front”,”Bad Mouth”,and “Burning”. All with heavy riffs and Ian McKaye’s singing/screaming. Side two, though not as good as side one, has the song “Give Me The Cure” a song that fits in with what is going on today with Covid with the chorus “Give me the shot,Give me the pill,Give me the cure,What you done to this world”. I had six of their record on cassette, bought in the 90’s. About ten years ago they were re-issued on vinyl.
