Foreigner-Head Games

Their third album from 1979. like it better than Double Vision.A much more rocking album with only two slower songs.Side one has five good songs the best being “Dirty White Boy””Love On The Telephone” and “Women” all released as singles.Side two starts off with “Head Game”,another single, and has two of my favorite tracks on the record”Modern Day” and “Rev On The Red Line” a song about street racing much like Springsteen’s “Racing In The Street”. The two slower songs on that side I don’t like. Some retailers didn’t like the cover and refused to sell it. Seems pretty tame today. This is another album I recorded off the radio in 1979 when I was living in the Woodlawn Trustees section of Wilmington. My records were being kept for me by a friend who had them in her mother’s basement. Many people were in and out of that house and after a few were stolen I thought it best to move them. Because of that I had only my cassettes to listen to during much of the 10 months I lived there. This tape was played a lot. I bought the record used in 2015. Cover and record are in good shape.
