Foreigner-Foreigner

The debut album from 1977. Foreigner was formed by Mick Jones formally of the re-formed Spooky Tooth of ’73 to ’74 and Ian McDonald an original member of King Crimson.A half British half American band they chose the name Foreigner to reflect that. Another big selling record from ’77 it spawned three top 20 hits “Feels Like The First Time”,”Cold As Ice” and “Long,Long Way From Home”.”Starrider” and “At War With The World” got airplay on FM radio. I also like “The Damage Is Done” and “I Need You”. Overall a really god record and one of the biggest selling debut albums of all time. I bought this in 1977 when it came out but was lost sometime in the next couple of years. This copy is one I got as one of my free records when I joined Colombia House Record Club for the third time in 1980. Record and cover are in good shape,no skips.
