This band from Wisconsin put out two records in the 80’s,this one in 1987. Another one with the Promotional Use Only stamp on the cover that I bought at the record store in Delaware.Kind of a Garage Rock,Jangle Pop sound it’s a pretty good record. I always liked side one which has two songs I really like “Carry The Torch” and “Secret Heart”. “There’s A Fire” on side two is also a good song. The put out one more record in 1989 that I bought a few years ago for a couple of dollars but it was not very good so it went straight to the reject pile. After the break-up in 1990 drummer Butch Vig did some production work for Nirvana,The Smashing Pumpkins,and Sonic Youth. In 1994 Vig,Fire Town guitarist Duke Erikson,and their sound technician Steve Marker hired Shirley Manson as singer and formed Garbage leading to world wide success.
