The second album released just six months after their first. Another record I took out from the schools record library. My friend had this on 8-track tape. We played it all the time. I think I know every word and note from this record. The side long title track tells the story of the Armadillo/Tank battling other like creatures as told by the drawings on the inside, although I’m not sure if the lyrics follow it too closely. Side two has the short “Jeremy Bender” a song that was reworked as “The Sheriff” on their next record. Next come three tracks that run together “The Only Way(Hymn)”.”Infinite Space(Conclusion)”,and “A Time And A Space” contain some classical themes and is one I always liked. The final song “Are You Ready Eddie” is a tribute to producer Eddie Offord in the style of a 50’s rocker a la Little Richard or Jerry Lee Lewis.Offord also produced albums for Yes. I bought this used record a couple years ago for $3. Cover and record are in pretty good shape. No skips.
