This is an eight song live EP from Feb. 2014. According to Hood’s line notes the band wanted to play their new album English Oceans in it’s entirety at the 40 Watt Club in Athens Georgia,their home base, in front of small audience and record a DVD of the show. Unfortunately they got a bad ice storm that night making travel impossible. Only people within walking distance showed up but the band decided to go on with the show anyway since they had already rented the equipment to make the DVD. This EP has one song from that show “The Part Of Him”,three acoustic versions of songs from the English Oceans album recorded at Bonnaroo in 2014 and four songs recorded at the 40 Watt Club on Feb. 14th, two days after the DVD show. These four rockers are “Feb 14″,”Dead,Drunk And Naked”,”Panties In Your Purse” and “Shit Shots Count”. The record also comes with a copy of the DVD which I have not watched yet.
