This is a five song EP running about 30 minutes. According to the liner notes this show was from June of ’84 in Chicago opening up for REM and was broadcast on the radio. They decided to release it on vinyl. They play four songs from the Medicine Show album and “Tell Me That It’s Over” from their first record. Side two is best with blistering versions of “Medicine Show” and “John Coltrane Stereo Blues”. As usual Precoda’s guitar steals the show with some amazing solos. Apparently he retired after this and the band was inactive for the next two years. Steve Wynn made a record with members of Green On Red.
