The first album from the band . It came out in 1969 on Frank Zappa’s Straight Records label. I guess the best songs are the longest “Sing Low,Sweet Cheerio” and “Fields Of Regret” both on side one.These longer songs allow the band to show off some of their instrumental skills. There are six songs under two minutes,short,odd snippets of songs, some reminding me of Queen. Other songs sound like the psychedelic top 40 songs of the time. “Reflected”,on side two was remade in 1973 as the song “Elected”. I also owned their second album “Easy Action” but like this one it was not very good. I sold that one in 2013 this one is a re-issue I bought in 2018.
