This is the first solo album by Exene from the band X which came out in 1989. This is a good record with styles ranging from Cow Punk,Bluegrass,or even a little bit country. There are also two spoken word tracks. One of them”Famous Barmaid” is backed by a Jazzy bass and piano with some barroom noise in the background. “White Trash Wife” and “He’s Got A She” sound a little more like X.
