This album is the result of an impromptu show before a small audience for radio station KCRW. This is a stripped down version of the Bad Seeds,almost an unplugged session. Performing mostly mellow ballads the only real uptempo songs are “Higgs Boson Blues”,”Push The Sky Away”,the closer “Jack The Ripper”,and “Mermaids” which has a nice little jam at the end.
