This is one of a series called The Collector Series,two- record compilations of very diverse music from Europe(mostly England and Germany)released in the 80’s. I have 25 of them and buy everyone I see. Most of them were bought used. I bought this one in 1987. It’s a good collection of Camel’s music from the 70’s plus three new ones from 1984. There are four from Moonmadness, the two short tracks(which open and close side 1)plus the excellent instrumental “Lunar Sea”,and the mellow “Song within a Song”. They sound better on this record which is in good shape. I’ve kept these 25 records separate from the general record collection and they tend to be in better shape. Side three has six songs from the instrumental album “The Snow Goose”,some of them live. A good progressive band, not really rockers but more laid-back,I really like these two records I have. They are comparable to Caravan, another progressive band I like, who will be coming up in a couple weeks.
