I’m not a big fan of Country music but I do like Zac Brown. 14 singles from 2008 to 2013. I like about half of them,the others being too Country for me.”Toes” sounds just like a Jimmy Buffet song and is probably my favorite . Jimmy himself helps out on”Knee Deep” another good song. I went through a Country period in the mid 90’s and bought about 60 cassettes of mid 90’s Country singers such as Clint Black,Travis Tritt,Hank Williams Jr.,Trisha Yearwood,Mary Chapin Carpenter and others. When I had my big selloff in 2013 and sold all of my cassette tapes(about 1000) to one guy in three separate transactions he wanted them all (Rock,Jazz,Blues,Punk,Heavy Metal,and Christian) but not the Country ones. These are the only cassettes I have left.Since then I have bought about 15 or 20 new albums on vinyl,mostly female singers.That country twang sounds sexy with a woman singing but men just sound dumb to me.By the way I saw the Zac Brown Band at a festival and they put on a really good show.
